DETERMINING HOW YOUR POOL RECIRCULATION SYSTEM IS FUNCTIONING
From our experience, there can be a leak present, and you may not be aware of it. By pressure testing the existing line, we can assess how the pool recirculation system is functioning. Should we determine a leak exists, we use a state-of-the-art electronic listening and pinpointing system to locate the exact location of the underground leak.
ASSESSING YOUR SHELL
We’ve found over our decades of experience with aquatic structures that a monolithic design — based on a single concrete foundation — results in more cracks and breaks. This is why we incorporate segmented construction in our designs. Most pools of this generation, however, are built as a single concrete base since this requires less upfront cost.
To determine the integrity of your structure, we need to test the shell, which includes the condition of the concrete. We will complete core borings that will not only reveal any deterioration or damage but, if present, will also show to what extent. By testing your shell, you’ll know if it can be used in your renovation project, or if it needs to be replaced.
